My Experience

I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders in adolescents and young adults, using a clear and compassionate approach that’s grounded in evidence-based treatment.

I completed intensive ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) training through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania, and I also use tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy to personalize treatment.

Before becoming a therapist, I studied Sociology and Child & Adolescent Psychopathology at NYU, and earned my Master’s in Social Work at UCLA.

Clinically, I bring years of experience working with middle and high school students across residential and outpatient settings, as well as independent schools. I have worked closely with families and schools and have experience supporting students around academic accommodations and school-related anxiety.

Being raised in Los Angeles, I also understand the unique pressures many adolescents face from high academic expectations to complex social pressures. My approach is warm and collaborative, with the goal of helping clients feel supported and understood while building skills that allow them to manage anxiety and feel more confident moving forward.
